Great Apt and Value

Pros

Large space for the price, each bedroom was nicely sized, great living room, good natural light, elevator, very convenient to subway and midtown, cute and safe neighborhood

Outdated bathroom and occasional mold in bathroom

Advice to the owners

I lived here with 2 roommates for 4 years. I thought it was a great apartment that was convenient being close to 6 and E lines and midtown. Space in every bedroom was good and the living room was great for hosting. Biggest downside was definitely the recurring mold that would pop up in the shower

Good UWS apartment

Pros

Great Size Space and Great Neighborhood. Convenient to the 1 Train. Very Quiet. Elevator and Laundry in Building. Responsive super.

Cons

Scaffolding has been outside for more than 2 years. D-Rated Efficiency. Laundry takes coins only (no app or card). Rent a little high but actually cheaper for UWS.

Advice to the owners

Fix the laundry machines and connect them to a card/app. Lower the rent the building is nice but not that nice.
