Normal place to live

Pros

Nice place, landlord and handyman are responsive, some bugs but a normal amount like I saw maybe 1 cockroach every month

Cons

The tenant on the first floor stinks up the stairwell and has dogs that bark. Apparently they tried to evict him but it didn’t work?? Idk how that works

Pros

Close to the train, a handful of great restaurants nearby, diverse and vibrant neighborhood on a good day

Cons

Noisy neighbors, Package stealing, Smoking on the hallways, no security, and folks don't pick up after their dogs, garbage always a mess, and slow response to issues with maintenance and pest control.

Security necessary, more staff for cleaning, and responsiveness must be improved
