for the price, quite terrible

Pros

- nice finish and layouts - wonderful staff! - some renta stabilized units

Cons

- the higher up you go, the more things get messed up (e.g., heating) - gas was out for weeks one time, no compensation - sometimes 2 out of 3 elevators are completely out of order - management lies about how long renovation takes and how long certain things will take - management goes out of their way to prevent union forming
