-owners will (c) openigloo not pay for repairs, even (c) openigloo if it’s in the middle (c) openigloo of winter and your window (c) openigloo is about to fall out (c) openigloo of the building frame.
-the hot (c) openigloo water will often not work. (c) openigloo Yes also in the middle (c) openigloo of winter.
-it is not clean. (c) openigloo Think pigeon sh*t all over (c) openigloo the non street facing windows (c) openigloo 24/7 and regular roach friends.

Advice to owner:
Fix the g****** stuff wrong with the building. Do the bare minimum to ensure this is a livable place to live.
