Great spot. But roaches

Pros

Super is friendly. They have someone come in to do the garbage. Routine roach exterminator

Cons

Couldn’t get rid of roaches. Had never had this many before. Neighbor was getting 15 a day. They did get the exterminator in every time, so appreciate that. Also packages get stolen a lot.
