The building is dirty people don’t care people shit piss in the hallways sleep on the roof rats roaches throughout the building the owners lives in Florida, so he doesn't know what's really going on in the building the cameras don't work the SUPER tries his best, but the people living in the building cause some of the problems mostly it's people who don't live in the building they come in and do this stuff then leave

Have the owner of the building manager, New York City buildings department come in and go through the whole building apartment by apartment and check everything

Don’t move here bldg mgmt does not care!

No laundry room, no security, no cameras, garbage smells the entire entrance every day, pea in elevator, no weekend janitor or porter.

Advice to the owners

Hire a cleaning and maintenance crew.
