Great starter studio!

Pros:
While the building is definitely old, units are very well maintained. Pest control comes once a month, I've never had issues with pests, and for being in such a busy part of the UES, I've never had an issue with noise.
Cons:
Not the building itself, but wish management would allow us to pay rent online. Hate having to send a physical check once a month. Also building management isn't very communicative. Which may be a pro to some, but I just feel like I never heard from anyone unless I reached out first.
Advice to owner:
Allow tenants to pay rent online!

Pros:
Nice sized apartments and quiet if you are in back of building
Cons:
This building is infested with mold and the “Property manager” speaks to tenants like they are his ex wife who took all his money good luck!
Advice to owner:
You have a responsibility to make this building safe for your tenants
