Great for a first apartment

Loved the charm and the size of my apartment. Right around everything in the east village and on a great block

My unit was street facing, so a lot of noise came in at all times. Also, have had intermittent issues with mice and roaches

Please bring in the exterminator more frequently to eradicate the roach issue.
