It’s ehh, I’ll give it 1 out of 5 stars
Former Tenant
Pros:
They separate recycling and trash in outside areas of the building so you don’t smell it
Cons:
The landlord doesn’t care about anything but getting money, he doesn’t care if our apartment is literally falling apart, doesn’t want to fix it no matter the amount of times we have called them and they ignore calls, they put up way too much heat on days when it’s super hot but when it’s cold they don’t put any heat at all and huge rodent problems
Advice to owner:
Do better, care about your tenants, that’s why many people move out
