Don’t rent in these buildings
Pros
It’s close to the park
Cons
They do no maintenance—there’s a massive roach problem in the basement and they won’t do basic repair to keep water from pooling down there. The super isn’t helpful. Building just generally isn’t well taken care of.

Mostly positive experience
Pros
- great live-in super - mostly quiet building - amazing location - everything works as you’d expect
Cons
- pest issues (roaches) although the property manager is helpful with managing this - multiple fire alarms went off within a few weeks, seemed strange that there were some fire-safety issues in a short period of time, but luckily the fire department is very close by and responsive. Nothing dramatic came of these alarms
