Reviews

Former tenant·24 minutes ago

Worst management so far

Pros

I liked my neighbors for the most part, but some neighbors sadly had a lot of fights that could be overheard

Cons

Sewage leak and pipes burst in the laundry room for days. It was disgusting, dangerous, and, of course, unchecked. They did not send a plumber for three days, so sewage could be smelled throughout the building.

Advice to the owners

Care about your tenants you greedy slumlords

Former tenant·Over 4 years ago

cheap, but you get what you pay for

Pros

It's genuinely not bad. Laundry in building has always worked. Heating and cooling always works.

Cons

You hear everything from all the neighbors, there's no sound insulation. Pest management used to be bad but now has been handled. Occasional roaches. No rats (anymore). The front door handle regularly breaks.
