Great first nyc apartment
Pros
Has all of the things you might want for a first NYC apartment. Part time doorman, laundry on every floor, dishwasher and updated appliances. The building is well maintained and I did not have any issues with pests.
Cons
There is a lot of street noise which is to be expected right by 23rd street. The units are on the smaller side and can be drafty in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Give more notice when shutting off the water

convenient location, attentive and personable live-in super, part-time doormen, laundry on each floor, garbage room on each floor, large bedrooms, two elevators
Cons
lack of natural light in living room, expensive in-building laundry, busy/noisy street
