Nice but old building

Pros:
- Landlord is relatively responsive to issues - The super, Angela, is nice - Good location - Neighbors friendly and relatively quiet
Cons:
- Pretty old and showing its age - Landlord has let parts of the unit fall into disrepair - Lots of ants
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive about maintenance

Pros:
Laundry in building. They are the kindest landlords. They are sisters who grew up in the building. Anytime we have a problem they are ON it. They are not some faceless organization we KNOW them
