Pros
I really loved living here for 3 years, but if it wasnt for the super Hector it wouldn't have been worth it, they changed management but they still take a while to reply and solve paid things. Really good pest control, if you keep the apartment clean you wont have issues.
Cons
One of the winter we had a leak from the upstairs neighbors leaving the water on, but they have left i believe. Loud neighborhood specially during summer time. You will get pests if you dont keep the apt clean!
Advice to the owners
Take better care of Hector, Fix appliances once they break specially if its a paying renter that never missed rent for years!
Never rent here

The super is excellent.
Cons
The building management do nothing, never reply to emails or calls, totally incompetent. Noise problems, roach problems. AVOID RENTING HERE!
