location, management, rent fair price, very quiet, CLEAN , never a mouse or rat in 10 years

heat not great at times, some nutty nosey neighbors, old intercom, smells from restuarant below constantly, high traffic, tourist area

Rent was cheap, everything was as good as it is for the price. Common areas Maintained.
Cons
Street noise was very noisy. Floors were slanted.
