- Responsive management and doormen - Quite neighbors usually - Email updates when issues arrive

- co-op approval process is long - roof is supposed to open but seems delayed

Good student housing

Pros

- Located right next to the subway station, very easy to get to Manhattan - Good location close to the piers (pickleball, soccer, etc.)

Cons

- Front desk made process for checking guests a bit annoying, but generally no problems - Sometimes loud construction in the morning - Sink was leaking through one of the faucet handles
