Waisted potential due to lack of property care
Pros
Spacious and new units - nice tenants.
Cons
- mold filled laundry room, non existent management, major construction next door fhat was not disclosed (a cinderblock almost killed my neighbor), jackhammering all hours of the day, elevator broke, hot water issues, no doorman and packages strewn around. Nice roof but no furniture… it’s all broken and dilapidated for months, no management. They didn’t know a giant building was being built on the other side of apartment wall. All electric wiring done poorly, no investment into the property.
Advice to the owners
Take care of the building. Beautiful units but lack of care and management to the property is alarming. Charging “luxury building” with no doorman, porta potty outside the front door, mold laundry, no roof furniture…
