Great building, moderately unresponsive management
Pros
The finishes themselves are new, and in living there for 3 years I never had any issues with kitchen appliances. Maintenance requests are done in a portal and were addressed in a reasonable time. Half the time 1 laundry unit was out which was annoying. The back side of the building is very quiet and I didn't ever hear any street noise. There was a few months were package theft was an issue but they changed the code to the door and this improved. Received my full security deposit back, but it did take a full month though it was dated within the required 2 weeks.
Cons
Getting ahold of anyone at the building is hard - numerous emails required for them to follow-up with you; however, until move out I really didn't have much reason to contact them.
Waisted potential due to lack of property care

Spacious and new units - nice tenants.
Cons
- mold filled laundry room, non existent management, major construction next door fhat was not disclosed (a cinderblock almost killed my neighbor), jackhammering all hours of the day, elevator broke, hot water issues, no doorman and packages strewn around. Nice roof but no furniture… it’s all broken and dilapidated for months, no management. They didn’t know a giant building was being built on the other side of apartment wall. All electric wiring done poorly, no investment into the property.
Advice to the owners
Take care of the building. Beautiful units but lack of care and management to the property is alarming. Charging “luxury building” with no doorman, porta potty outside the front door, mold laundry, no roof furniture…
