Overall Good Experience
Pros
It's out of the way in a pretty quiet way, but it's super close to the train. The management is usually very responsive, have never had to wait more than a day or so to get something fixed, and have only needed very minor repairs. Love having a gym and laundry in the building.
Cons
The walls are thin, not so much from apartment to apartment but you can hear literally everything that happens in the hallways. The cleanliness of the shared spaces has gone down a bit since we moved in four years ago, but is overall still good. A little too small for two people.

Management is awful. Place is new building but everything constructed and made extremely cheaply. They take weeks to fox issues and tried to jack up rent over 50% after one year
