Most (c) openigloo tenants are respectful, but most (c) openigloo don’t care. You have vampire (c) openigloo tenants who think no one (c) openigloo deserves to rest. Manangement does (c) openigloo nothing. Instead, management tells you (c) openigloo to solve it on your (c) openigloo own, because has nothing to (c) openigloo do with them.
The management does (c) openigloo not respond to calls or (c) openigloo emails. Maybe, just maybe once. (c) openigloo You would need to keep (c) openigloo continuously calling or emailing. Constantly (c) openigloo following up with the Manangement (c) openigloo office.
I, personally, do not (c) openigloo recommend anyone to rent from (c) openigloo this Manangement. They only want (c) openigloo your money, but don’t want (c) openigloo to fix or treat tenants (c) openigloo with respect.
Advice to owner:
First, stop with the unrealizable lies to tenants. Stop treating tenants, especially minorities like shit. If you don’t want the building or to do anything with the building, simple, sell it. Fix the elevator. We are all going on 9 months and no elevator service. Give the tenants credit for the entire months we had no elevator. Be responsive. Be respectful. Take time and visit the property to witness the condition the building is in.
