Good for the price

Pros

- Great neighbors and location. - Modern building and good rent stabilized price (until 2027). - Great views from the rooftop.

Cons

- Management is slow to respond to issues, but very responsive when they need something from you (like signing a renewal lease) - One of two doorman is almost never around and hiding in the storage room watching basketball reels on his phone. - Building had rat issues in the cellar level for years, but seems to have it under control now.

Good Building and Location

Pros

Excellent doormen. Great location. On-site parking.

Cons

The basement floor had some flooding issues. This didn’t impact my apartment since I was on the top floor, but it’s something to note.
