Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Adam Rose emphasizes responsive and friendly management, with particular praise for attentive maintenance and doorman staff. The properties are generally clean, well-maintained, and pet-friendly, featuring convenient amenities like laundry on every floor. However, noise levels are a recurring challenge due to busy street locations and theater district crowds, compounded by insufficient window insulation. Some renters note occasional issues with water pressure, dated gym facilities, and pest control, though management tends to respond promptly. Rent increases and elevator reliability are also concerns for long-term tenants. Overall, expect professional management focused on tenant service amid an active urban environment.

Cold. The windows are not well sealed. Gym. A/C is always broken

Advice to the owners

Former tenant·2 months ago

Overall, a good experience

Pros

Management is very responsive Pet-friendly No hidden fees (amenities, pets) The walls have good soundproofing

Cons

The windows don’t have great soundproofing so if you’re facing 8th avenue it can get loud Rent increases can be really significant, and it’s near impossible to negotiate (though you should still try)
