Great building to live in!

Pros

Have had the best time living there. Great apartment, great location, great management, great amenities.

Heat can get hot on the top floors!

Stayed for short-term housing

Pros

Doormen are attentive (very aware of me moving in and ensuring I was actually who I said I was), gym is well-kept and clean, rooftop is lovely!

Trash was confusing to figure out and in the heat the trash room was pretty gross
