Stayed for short-term housing

Pros:
Doormen are attentive (very aware of me moving in and ensuring I was actually who I said I was), gym is well-kept and clean, rooftop is lovely!
Cons:
Trash was confusing to figure out and in the heat the trash room was pretty gross
Advice to owner:
No advice, it was a great stay!

Pros:
Amazing location, doormen are the best and everything was clean and well kept. Anytime we had issues (lightbulbs etc), the doorman/porter would come almost immediately to fix things. They even installed my A/C and that wasn't in their job desc!
Cons:
Not much to complain about. Didn't have any issues over the 3 years.

Pros:
Spacious, very livable apartments with great friendly doorman. Expensive, but paying for reliability and location. Rarely any issues with the building, appliances, trash, etc. Resigning for my 3rd year.
Cons:
Core couple of doormen/porters are super friendly but a lot of turnover and temps. Also heat is not controlled in unit, need to call porter to adjust
