maintenance is kind and quick to respond, common areas are clean and well taken care of, no pest issues as of yet really and clean appliances. love the door staff as well - so sweet!

there is no venting in the bathrooms which leads to quick mold growth and the elevators are down pretty often... also the laundry is $3 and $3 and there's often hair and stuff in there which can feel a little expensive and icky. gym also costs extra but is pretty basic and cleaning supplies in there aren't always refilled quickly.
