pricey but well run

Great staff, awesome location, nice finishes

Cons

nothing the owners can do about it but lots of construction coming up around the area which contributes to noise + going to dramatically change the views

Pros

The building is quite modern and new. The staff are all incredibly friendly, from the doormen to the porters and maintenance and management.

Cons

Doesn’t have as many amenities as other luxury buildings, just a gym, rec room, and patio
