Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews for 300 Ashland Place in Brooklyn reflect a mix of experiences but highlight several strengths. The building is praised for its excellent location near transportation and shopping (Whole Foods), luxury amenities including a gym and rooftop with great views, and well-insulated, well-maintained units. Management and staff receive commendations for responsiveness and friendliness. However, some renters note noise due to the busy neighborhood and occasional issues with pests, trash chute maintenance, and elevator reliability. While considered a luxury building with solid construction, a few residents mention it is pricey, and noise from neighbors and street level can be a concern. Overall, responsive management and high-quality amenities are valued.

Overpriced, overrated “luxury” building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to Whole Foods
Cons:
The community is awful. Management is hilariously incompetent like where did they find these people? Neighbors are disgusting and loud. The building has some of the worst sound insulation I’ve ever seen.
