Good staff, great location

Pros

Maintenance requests addressed quickly, and without extra fees. Front desk staff is nice. There's a package room. Near the subway, neighborhood is clean and has lots of shops and restaurants

Cons

Doesn't have the amenities of other new development buildings. There's construction around the corner. Not super loud, but you can hear it. Luckily only during the day
