Good place with character
Pros
Great location right by the park. It has an elevator which helps if one lives on higher floors. It is loud in the rooms by the street. But rooms in the back of the building or in the center of the apartment are completely silent.
Cons
Heating during spring and fall is terrible. Instead of running the heating like in the winter to ensure a warm apartment they barely heat. The apartment is colder in fall and spring than in the winter. Water pressure in the shower is low and it takes a long time for the water to get hot.

Homey building, well maintained
Pros
Well maintained building, super and mgmt company is responsive, affordable by the park
Cons
the floors of the apt are too old and creaky, lots of things breaking.
