Good building, good area

Pros

Only three units in the building, so it's a chill environment. Laundry in basement in a big plus. Super was very responsive. Nice location in Ridgewood.

Cons

Mail was not secure--mailboxes were not used (the whole building was treated as one unit, for whatever reason) so all of our mail got dumped in the front lobby. There were also issues with the door locking, so I had mail stolen several times.

great location, no major issues

Pros

The super is great and very responsive with little issues that have popped up. Walls are fairly thick and it's nice to be so close to the train.

Cons

sometimes the trash area gets messy and the floor is on a bit of a slant so things don't always cook evenly on the stovetop. seen two american cockroaches months apart - never turned into an infestation so likely weather related.
