Old but fine

Pros

Great location and price, pretty good amount of space. It served me well for 2+ years

Cons

No buzzer, only doorbells that sometimes work. Trash management is bad. Rain comes in the building hallway from the ceiling skylight and they keep sending people but never fix it. Floors are a bit wonky and warped.

Lovely place, minus the leaks and mice

Pros

Great location, spacious, and mostly responsive management. They send maintenance really quickly but repairs are a little iffy.

Cons

There’s no buzzer system, and pretty most of the apartments (even top floor) have mice which smell awful. Ceilings are prone to leaking :/

Advice to the owners

repair things better the first time so they don’t have to keep getting fixed over and over, and pleaaaaaase think about adding a buzzer system!!!
