I liked my apt before this company brought the buildings I live in! The original owners care about their tenants and property!
Cons
The owners are crooks and they are rude disrespectful!

Sell the property to people that care!

Decent place but some cons
Pros
New management is responsive and professional. Most neighbors are nice. Cleaning crew does a great job.
Cons
One neighbor with loud guest screaming for them at AM hours and those guest steal packages. Maintenance has improved but can still be slow. Old building with rusty radiator parts, small cracks in walls, squeaky peeling wood floors.
Advice to the owners
Replace the hard wood floors and cracks in walls.
