great location, wildly expensive apartment with many building flaws

really quiet street & fantastic location

Cons

Perpetual leak in our ceiling due to a bathroom above our unit led to a mold infestation (true mushrooms grew out of the ceiling) and even then we could not get the building to come and repair. We had to threaten to report them several times before mold inspectors came and determined the area to be toxic. 4 months later, leak came back.

Great super, quiet street, did have mold

Amazing location on a very nice and quiet street, responsive super, clean building spaces / trash area, elevator
