Pros

Management and staff are amazing. Apartments are modern and very well kept. Amenities are solid (gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, roof, lounge). The building has a tuscan vibe and is always kept in working order

Cons

The only downside in the neighborhood which the building can't control (near Port Authority/Lincoln Tunnel)
