Lobby is extremely nice, staff / management are super friendly and take their jobs seriously, amenities are cheap and clean, overall extremely satisfied
Cons:
Expect your heat / AC bill to be astronomical, especially in the wintertime

attentive staff. they remember your names and your hobbies. super clean. they always cleaning the hallway or the elevators or the gym.

the area. streets just got flooded by homeless.
