We loved living here (31st floor)

Pros

We had an amazing experience living at 10 Liberty for 2 years. We just wanted to move neighborhoods. The building was phenomenal and the management was so so kind. Really recommend.

Really well run building

Pros

Doormen, porters and package room attendants are all very attentive and on top of things. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. The building has a gym for no additional cost per month.

Cons

Location isn't great. It's on the street with a ton of hotels and a bar so the outside noise levels can be very loud especially on the weekends. Multiple times I have been woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming outside.
