Great and quiet place
Pros
Great building management makes sure there is never a single pest even on low floors. Lived with students for a whole year and did not see one pest
Cons
The heat furnace makes loud banging sounds and even sprays water at all hours of the day which can sometimes be disruptive

Quiet, small yet comfortable
Pros
Good hot water, fire escapes are accessible, kitchens are nice
Cons
Not much lounge space, electric stove tops can be slow, only one bathroom per suite, heating can be too much or non existent depending on the room.
Advice to the owners
The laundry room has a web viewer to see which machines are free which is very useful
