Horrible management & smelly
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to the park, small building
Cons:
Very tiny, expensive apartments. Never follow through with work requests, hallways and trash room are filthy and hardly cleaned. Strange neighbors make a lot of noise.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building cleaner and get rid of the bugs.

Smelliest & Grossest Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, that is IT
Cons:
There is an old woman who lives in the building and lets her dog use the restroom in the hallway. DO NOT live here. It is unsanitary and unhealthy. It smells awful and seeps into the walls. I also saw a rat in the trash room and there is little to no urgency.
Advice to owner:
Sanitize the hallways and keep your renters more accountable to take care of the apartments. This place is filthy and unhealthy. You are violating health codes.
