    sunlight, location, vibrant neighborhood
    Cons:
    The absolute worst building I have ever lived in, in manhattan. building management is horrible and building smells like shit

    Pros:
    Very close to the park, small building
    Cons:
    Very tiny, expensive apartments. Never follow through with work requests, hallways and trash room are filthy and hardly cleaned. Strange neighbors make a lot of noise.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the building cleaner and get rid of the bugs.
