Adequate building with some issues
Pros
Cheap, close to F/G train, friendly neighbors.
Cons
Tiny bathroom, mice issues in some apartments, inconsistent super, not enough trash cans, entrance door was often broken.
Advice to the owners
Invest in a new trash pick-up system and make sure that all apartments are properly searched for holes in which mice can escape into people’s apartments.

Overpriced for the quality.
Pros
Nice neighborhood in general. Building is usually quiet.
Cons
Broken mailboxes. Broken front doors. Terrible roach problem when we first moved in. Bathroom sink clogged. Leaky kitchen pipes. You have to chase down the property mgmt for months for them to fix anything if they ever do.
