<Location Location Location!! > - quiet and safe residential area - Line 6 a block away and line Q in 2-3blocks - having so many M buses stop right on Madison ave and 96th is amazing - Central Park in a block - close to Coffee shops, Bagel, Restaurants, Cute Bars and Museums (Met, Guggenheim, Salon94 etc) <Parking! (if you own a car in the city)> - building is located across from a school so it is easier to get a parking spot, especially when school is out (ex: national holidays, summer vacation etc) <Building> - very responsive super for repairs or other problems - clean (cleaning lady comes to every week to clean the entrance, steps, and common areas) <Appliances> - Laundry in-unit and Dishwasher were the best part
Cons
<Mails/Packages> - my packages got stolen few times… i had to start sending my packages to usps and pick them <Water> - there were few big leakage issues that made some ppl move out - one time I was waken up by NYFD at 3am - another time the whole building didn’t have water for a week (kitchen, shower, toilet etc) <Stairs> - when you live in a unit higher than 4th floor, it is very tough - the stairs are steep and slippery; i fell few times

better trash management

There was cleaning 2x a week, and garbage being taken out 2x. Close to Central Park In Unit laundry
Cons
Management not responsive to requests or needs Horrible communication There was a time in the winter where 4 or more days passed where the heat stopped working No security, packages get taken
