Pros:
There was cleaning 2x a week, and garbage being taken out 2x. Close to Central Park In Unit laundry
Cons:
Management not responsive to requests or needs Horrible communication There was a time in the winter where 4 or more days passed where the heat stopped working No security, packages get taken
Advice to owner:
do better by responding to the needs of your renters

Pros:
Location, updated appliances, laundry in unit, pet friendly, price.
Cons:
Water leaves weird gross staining, no fan in bathroom (have to open window), bugs, mice, no package area (stolen packages), heat is iffy, fire alarm goes off each time we use oven, fridge is backwards so can’t open all the way, outdated rent payment method.
