Decent building in a great location

Great location, decent upkeep, large apartments
Cons
Cigarette smoke smell in hallways, confusing mail system (there’s only three units, get the mailboxes sorted out, it can’t be that hard)

Racist landlord, illegal bedrooms
Pros
Location ONLY. Cheap because it’s an illegal bedroom situation.
Cons
Crack den on third floor the entire year I lived there, no heat control, top floor tenants are unbelievably rude and loud.
Advice to the owners
Stop being racist
