Cruger for OLD
Former Tenant
Pros:
The tenants are friendly in the building. The units are on the larger side( for a NYC apartment).
Cons:
They don’t clean the building, heat is hardly on. 311 will be your best friend. Old wiring in some units so be careful of “in wall fire”.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building, update the units, get mice and roaches out. GIVE HEAT IN THE COLD SEASON.

This establishment is extremely bad... no heat/hot water most of the time
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view of the surrounding area is very nice.
Cons:
3R Tenants use the building as if they are the only people living there. Tenants leave clothing and shoes in hallway with other house hold items & constantly throw wild parties that disturbs the establishment & damage the property leaving trash and broken glass materials throughout, Pests have gotten out of control and nothing is being done about them. Mold is a constant pain for tenants throughout the property. The building goes without heat and hot water for constant lengths of time rendering tenants with children to fend for heat by contacting superintendent to activate heat by request when faced by cold element.
Advice to owner:
Be consistent with the upkeep of the property and work on building a bonding relationship with the tenants to ensure positive affirmation.
