Pretty nice place

Pros

It is serviceable and gets the job done. The actual apartment that I’m in is pretty new looking and everything works well

Eh, they tend to miss the mark

Free water, but sometimes the water is brown at random

How rude and cold the owner is when apartments are in need of repair. Or when tenant safety is at risk. Stairs are always covered in piss, wish there could be cameras there. Not every floor has a camera on it. Homeless people sleep or piss in the first floor.
