It certainly is a place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Usually no building issues, no stolen packages, super is very responsive and helpful with maintenance things. Pretty clean place, good neighborhood, good pet policy.
Cons:
there's this group of guys who hangs out right outside the entrance EVERY DAY playing loud music from their shitty phone speakers and yelling every thought that enters their head. If you're in a front-facing apartment you're going to hear them making a ton of noise all night almost every night, no matter how hot or cold or how big of a pile of garbage is literally right next to them. One time they got shot at and they were laying low for at least a few weeks, and it was the most blissful quiet I've ever experienced living here. Other than an actual shooting or a raccoon attack, nothing will stop these dudes from harshing the vibe 24/7. Also, the heat is too hot in the winter time, it's like a solid 95 degrees in the apartment december through march.
Advice to owner:
do something about those guys outside. like jesus christ, it's been years of hearing that bullshit. they do that tiktok meme "oh yeahhh" thing like 700 times a night. Other than that, pretty chill place to live.
