Not Bad For NYC

Pros

management takes a long time to fix stuff but is at least somewhat professional and eventually gets it done

Cons

just took forever to fix washer and dryer and trash sits sometimes

Great Location, Leaky and Moldy Building

Pros

Location, rooftop views, washer&dryer in unit, dark hardwood floors.

Cons

Leaks were never addressed correctly and many units have recurring mold as a result. Also roaches and ants run rampant, even though the management claims to send an exterminator monthly (the technician shows up but never works hard to notify tenants that he’s making his rounds). Management often send unskilled handymen who try to fix it before getting actual professionals. Also good luck getting any help on holidays or weekends.

Advice to the owners

Hire proper technicians, do actual mold remediation and keep the outdoor walkway clean and clear.
