Pretty decent, not the best, not the worst

Pros

The building is cleaned weekly, the super is responsive, trash is managed well.

Cons

Water pressure wasn’t good, the hot water isn’t hot enough, no heat during the coldest days, cigarette smoking inside building. Last few months there’s been a lot of roaches in all areas of building
