Spacious apt, close to trains

KNG is the worst management company I have ever had and this is by far the worst apt i’ve ever had in 20 years. Mice, flooding, no heat, management ignoring calls and emails. if you look them up, every single building they run is full of violations. the city keeps giving them fines but they don’t care. they actually said they were going to give an order to vacate on our apt bc of how bad it was. all the neighbors I speak to move out within a year bc it’s so bad.
Advice to the owners
actually fix your buildings and respond to your tenants. crazy ideas I know but maybe it’ll work out well.
