Overall good experience

Pros

Central heat, AC, dishwasher was great. The building is pretty clean and neighbors are nice. Laundry is in the basement.

Cons

N/A, my only complaint is that property management took months to get my deposit back to me and were completely unresponsive until I threatened to sue.

Advice to the owners

Make sure you get tenants their deposits back.
